Conscious & Connected My work is about giving organizations, communities, and leaders new ways to be conscious and connected that benefits the whole. It is the work of giving people ways of having new conversations. Transformation is ultimately the result of new conversations. Becoming more conscious is the conversation about possibilities, strengths, assets, and what does exist rather than conversations about problems, deficiencies, weaknesses, and what doesn't exist. Becoming more connected is the conversation about sharing resources, opportunities, ideas, knowledge, skills, projects, connections, and possibilities. It is increasing the asset, positional, generative, and social value in our interactions together. It is knowing that we're smarter and more adaptable together than we are apart. It is the work of creating openness, and foresight, and trustworthiness. When we begin to understand that it's all about the relationships, the qualities of our connections, our organizations, communities, and leaders become more effective ad adaptable than ever. |
